[devel] desktop-notification-daemon: virtual notification-daemon provider

Господа,
Поскольку каждый DE в наше время запускает
свой вариант сервиса notification-daemon
(A daemon that displays passive pop-up notifications as per the
Desktop Notifications specification)

То разумно было бы ввести виртуальные 
Provides: desktop-notification-daemon,
чтобы иметь возможность не ставить в приложения, которым 
требуется этот сервис, жесткую зависимость на конкретную
реализацию.

Например, с помощью этого виртуального provides:
в Федоре удалось отвязать mate-bluetooth от mate
и подружить его с xfce.

Хорошо бы и нам завести такие виртуальные provides:.

В федоре эти provides присутствуют в следующих пакетах:
