Это потому что в домашнем каталоге пользователя git_ruslandh на
сервере git.altlinux.org нету каталога
people/ruslandh/public/qt4-fsarchiver.git.

Зато на сервере есть /people/ruslandh/public/qt4-fsarchiver.git.
