[devel] specify dependencies for buildinfo package

Hello,
I tried to update alsamixergui, and I got this. 
http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/38087/task/log.1.1
How can i specify the deps for the debuginfo package ?
If i specify the package in the spec, i get an error because the package 
exists already.
If I don't, I can't add the deps. The debuginfo for alsamixergui 
requires libfltk13-debuginfo.
