This happens because you do not bother to read log files carefully.
Just look at the end of http://git.altlinux.org/tasks/16528/task/log.8
and you'll see exactly the same error message.

I hope this lesson will teach you to read relevant log files.

This could be done only for packages that are going to be built from
src.rpm files.
