Мне почему-то кажется, что решать явяется ли это пустой тратой ресурсов
build factory или нет -- тем кто финансирует и поддерживает build factory.

Да, эта работа не является жизненно важной etc. Однако есть человек
который ее решил сделать -- и уже не важон по каким причинам, зачем
мешать?
