[devel] Q: Файловые конфликты в apt-conf-* -- бага?

Приветствую.

  Вешать ли багу (и на кого) при файловых конфликтах между apt-conf-*
(при их отсутствии в пакете)?

  Сейчас при попытке поставить apt-conf-platform5, наблюдаю:

$ sudo -H apt-get install apt-conf-platform5
