[devel] A: apt-get install /usr/bin/dvips /usr/bin/latex no longer works

Ещё неделю назад это работало, а теперь сломано:

$ hsh-install /usr/bin/dvips /usr/bin/latex

В результате некоторые пакеты, которым для сборки нужен dvips и latex,
перестали собираться.
