cmap работает, поиск в acroread работает.

А вот csquotes не устанавливается:

# apt-get install tetex-latex-csquotes-4.4c-alt1.noarch.rpm

Я попробовал сделать apt-cache search etoolbox:

# apt-cache search etoolbox
texlive-latex-recommended - LaTeX recommended packages

Устанавливать texlive я не стал пробовать, думаю, что это не привело
бы к желаемому результату.
