Похоже, я слишком сильно ослабил питоновские зависимости
у python-module-libxml2.  В связи с этим ничего пока делать не нужно.
Я, наверное, верну зависимость на python-modules-encodings назад,
и, наверное, малость перетряхну сам питон.
