Уважаемые коллеги,
считаю, что уже назрел/перезрел перенос 
java-1.3 в obsolete.
Предлагаю перенести.

Причины:
1) гроб от Sun

Sun End of Life (EOL) process. The EOL transition period was from Oct 25, 
2004 until the General Availability (GA) of Java SE 6 on December 11th,

2) ей нужно специально компилировать пакеты ---
по умолчанию, с 1.4 несовместимый вниз формат.
