[devel] 4.0/branch: xapian-core, recoll и по возможности typo3*

Эти пакеты неплохо бы иметь в 4.0/branch (noarch, новые, 
на сейчас довольно сильно недоработанные, но уже удобней
тарболов).

Если пересобрался с xapian-core = 1.0.1 -- туда же надо.
Если нет, то по дороге 1.8.2-alt3 с прибитой минимальной
версией.

Надо в 4.0/branch, я не смогу поддерживать 1.0.0 по причине,
следующей из указанного URL.  Кроме recoll, клиентов пока нет.
