[devel] openobex && obexftp.

Всем привет.

В i/S закинуты бомбы в виде новых libopenobex и obexftp.

Недельный тест у меня они выдержали.

- Added libusb-devel, pkg-config and xmlto to BuildRequires.

- s/relaname/realname.
- Fixed %post and %postun.
- Added to switch to deal with static. Default: off.

- Added -avoid-version patch to deal with tcl bindings.
- Added a switch to deal with static. Default: off.
- Substited Copyright tag with License.
- Changed Packager: field.
- Fixed summaries and descriptions.
- Fixed install part.
- Added perl, python & tcl packages with bindings.

Просьба пропустить libopenobex в Сизиф, мантейнеру похоже оно не нужно.
