ЭТО из-за libpng.
Кажется мы выловили эту самую ошибку...

UPDATE 20 August 2004: In the rush to get libpng-1.2.6 out to solve the
vulnerability described below, a bug was introduced that causes almost
all PNG output files to be written with incorrect zlib header bytes.
A patch has been posted along with the libpng-1.2.6 sources, and
libpng-1.2.7 will fix this problem.
