It is no problem to add unrarsrc to Alt Linux Sisyphus.
Most of all compression and anti virus software are using
free UnRAR source or free UnRAR.dll to extract RAR archives.

It is only a problem if you sell "unrarsrc" or compiled UnRAR
as standalone Distribution .

Собственно, оно больше devel касается. То, что хидер в отдельном
каталоге и hpp.
