[d-kernel] Q: Куда класть лицензию к модулям?

Собсно сабж. 
В версии 8.31 (пока тестовой) ltmodem волшебным образом появилась лицензия
от Agere Systems:

        2.1     You are permitted to make copies of the Software provided
that any such copy shall contain the same copyright notice and proprietary
marking included on the original Software.

Куда класть? Можно было бы в имеющийся kernel-doc-ltmodem, но вроде модули
должны идти только вместе с лицензией.
