[d-kernel] kernel-image-std-up-2.4.22-alt16: rebuild failed

Hi!
kernel-feat-ipsec и freeswan ИМХО можно удалить из Сизифа в связи с
не работоспособностью. 
Для 2.6 freeswan пока не готов, а для 2.4 super-freeswan есть.
