[d-kernel] DM and EVMS

Hello!

Я тут попытался слегка перебрать kernel-fix-lvm и kernel-feat-dm (там
была какая-то перевёрнутая зависимость между ними).  Кое-что даже было
выложено в CVS, однако обнаружился следующий факт:

И действительно, device-mapper.1.00.07.tgz содержит практически тот же
код, что и 2.4.23-pre7-umd1, но без 00007.patch, зато с парой
дополнительных исправлений.

Вопросы следующие:

1) Кто-нибудь знает, что там за "reiserfs issue"?

2) Из чего лучше собирать kernel-feat-dm - по-прежнему из
http://people.sistina.com/~thornber/, или из
device-mapper.1.00.07.tgz?  Патчи из EVMS рассчитаны на официальный
вариант (фактически там кусок того самого 00007.patch, перемешанный с
другим изменением - хотя можно его и расколупать).  Если брать udm1,
туда ещё придётся тащить багфиксы из device-mapper.1.00.07.

3) Пора обновлять EVMS.  Патчи к ядру из kernel-feat-evms устарели.
