Ну тут получается, что либо туда, либо сюда.  Либо нужно сделать чтобы
BOOTLOADER=e2kboot и IMAGE_PACKTYPE=boot имели смысл вместе, либо не
считать, что отсутствие BOOTLOADER на что-то влияет.
