Да, похоже ноги у этих сообщений растут именно из 
xorg-server-1.14.5-alt2.patch. У меня, по наблюдениям, к огромному 
количеству этих сообщений приводит работа xscreensaver. Не очень большое 
количество сообщений иногда генерируют Chromium и Firefox (скорее всего, 
на сайтах с разными флэшами). Xscreensaver же генерирует эти сообщения 
тысячами. Вот примерная статистика по логу:
