[Comm] Как с помощью ffmpeg перекодировать в h264

Делаю так

ffmpeg -i "/home/soso/video_reg/cam1/07-03052011-164601.avi" -b 500k -r
15.0  -s 512x384 -vcodec libx264 -acodec copy
