Вот скорее всего в этом пакете графика со шрифтами и лежит 
openttd-3rd-party.

Рекомендую с сизифа взять, там и версия поновее.

$ rpm -qa | grep openttd
openttd-data-1.0.2-alt1
openttd-3rd-party-0.2.4-alt1
openttd-1.0.2-alt1
