[Comm] Сборка в hasher, невозможно получить пакет

Дистрибутив ALT Linux Desktop 4.1.

Собираю kdenlive-0.7.3-alt1.svn3320.src.rpm с помощью hasher.
Создал каталог ~/hasher, добавил пользователя с помощью hasher-useradd.
Во время выполнения
$hsh -v ~/hasher/ ~/tmp/build/kdenlive-0.7.3-alt1.svn3320.src.rpm 
--target i586
выводит ошибки:

Результат аналогичный, но ругается на другие пакеты.

Есть особенность: я подключен через прокси-сервер squid. Настройки 
прокси-сервера заданы в synaptic, устанавливать пакеты по выбору он 
может.

Что я делаю не так?

Если это проблема из-за прокси-сервера, то как вылечить? Напомню, что 
настройки прокси-сервера заданы в synaptic и в acc, устанавливать пакеты 
по выбору он может. Также он устанавливает некоторые пакеты при сборке.
