[Comm] проблема после апгрейда до 4.1

Уважаемые, вчера сделал dist-upgrade с переводом стрелок на 4.1 хранилища:
rpm ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/4.1/branch/ i586
classic
rpm ftp://ftp.altlinux.org/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/4.1/branch/ noarch
classic

Всё прошло хорошо, обновилось очень много софта (несколько сот пакетов),
после перезагрузки с основном боевом софтом никаких проблем не возникло,
но появилась проблема с установкой и обновлением пакетов.

При попытке сделать apt-get install... apt-get upgrade и т.д.
вываливается требование  типа:

При попытке apt-get --fix-broken install получаю:

В чём может быть засада, может быть, кто-то сталкивался?
