wineboot имеет место быть, но вот чтоб оно работало...
 [misterx на misterx ~]$ wineboot --restart
Warning: could not find DOS drive for current working directory '/home/misterx', starting in the Windows directory.
И так на любой ключ, кроме help и update. Еще, правда с руганью, работает kill.
