[Comm] etcnet и 2 адреса на одном интерфейсе

Маны это очень познавательно, но вы видимо меня не правильно поняли. :)
Мне не нужно менять профили сети, мне нужно одновременно иметь на одном 
физическом адресе один статический и один динамический
