BIOS самой последней версии. Есть подозрение на некорректную информацию

Перед отключением, вроде табличка выскакивает. Но всё сразу рубится. Как 
   это запретить? Если бы это был БИОС, то всё отключалось бы мгновенно. 
Судя по логам, работа acpid.
