Как и сказано по ссылке, скачал
http://www.linuxant.com/drivers/hsf/full/archive/hsfmodem-7.47.00.07full/hsfmodem-7.47.00.07full-1.i386.rpm.zip

Распаковал, устанавливаю:
[root на ShedalNote modem]# rpm -ihv hsfmodem-7.47.00.07full-1.i386.rpm

Я так понимаю, эта штука пытается себя скомпилить, и для этого ей нужны
исходники ядра.
Может, это потому, что у меня ядро ovz-шное?
