Кстати, на самом деле нужно 

acl non_cacheable_sites dstdomain "/usr/local/squid/non_cacheable_sites"
no_cache deny non_cacheable_sites

и в /usr/local/squid/non_cacheable_sites строки типа
www.ricomm.ru
.ricomm.ru
