Когда запустил setup.exe "inwine"
оно сказало, что не работает в среде win95.
Значит, по умолчанию win95.

Указал среду winxp:

сетап пожил немного дольше, потом вывалился 
после кучи сообщений "err"

Короче, не получается сетап.

Интересно, что если указать эмуляцию winxp, 
то при запуске установленного ранее под winXP FR 
оно пишет, что не может открыть пустой документ,
и вываливается:
