The following USB modem devices are recognized by the hcfusbmodem
driver:

# USB Vendor ID: 0572 Product ID: 1290 (Cadmus2 HCF, Conexant)
# USB Vendor ID: 05AC Product ID: 8202 (Cadmus2 HCF, Apple)

Many vendors (such as Dell, Compaq/HP, IBM, U.S. Robotics/3Com, etc..)
have shipped modems based on Conexant modem chipsets. If you have a
modem based on the HCF chipset but with non-standard vendor or device
IDs, please contact modem.support на linuxant.com. If supported, your
device could be added to the list and automatically recognized in future
versions of this driver
