 Наконец то проснулся Canon для поддержки своих принтеров в OpenSourse systems
пишут буквально следующее... 
Dear Member,

I am pleased to announce that command sets for the following printers are now 
available to download from our member site:
i960/i965/i990          A4 photo printers with the best print speeds and 
professional photo quality
i450/i455                       A4 all-purpose printers for personal or 
business use.
i560/i860/i865          A4 advanced, high performance printers
i470D/i900D/i905D       A4 direct photo printers (from memory cards or 
Pictbridge/Canon Direct Print)
