Почему proftp не работает через файрвол, хотя 21 открыт!
Имеем:

[root на server2 root]# ftp server
Connected to server (192.168.2.1).
220 ProFTPD 1.2.9 Server (NIP DIYA) [server.diya.org]
Name (server:admin): anonymous
331 Anonymous login ok, send your complete email address as your password.
Password:
230 Anonymous access granted, restrictions apply.
Remote system type is UNIX.
Using binary mode to transfer files.
ftp> ls /
200 PORT command successful
425 Unable to build data connection: Connection refused
ftp>

Хотя без файрвола имеем:
//======================================================
[roman на server Roman]$ ftp 82.207.79.102
