Dear Sergey:

      It's quite OK to include fvcool in linux distribution.  But is it
necessary to change the license to GPL?   I don't have any objection to
GPL, but I just wanted to be free from anything, any rules.  But if you
require it, then it's not a real problem.  It was based on lvcool, whose
author set the license as GPL.  Then what should I do in reality?  Maybe
I have to change the document and to include GPL license notice; a bit
boring to do it for me, though.  It's nice if I do not have to do
anything!

Пакет для athlon и src.rpm расположены тут:

Пакет включает в себя init-скрипт, однако с chkconfig не работает, 
запуск руками (service fvcool start) или ссылки на необходимых ранлевелах.
Лицензия в пакете стоит unknown, в ближайшее время будет изменена на GPL.
