Проверьте права на postfix:
/var/spool/postfix - точно не скажу, скорее всего postfix.postfix, права 770
/var/spool/postfix/* - точно не скажу, скорее всего postfix.postfix, права 770
/var/spool/mail - владелец root.mail, права 775
/var/spool/mail/* - владелец <user>.mail, права 660.
... какие еще есть каталоги в конфигурации.
