Спасибо. Поиграл с портами. От root сканер ожил. А вот от 
пользователя не хочет работать программа. Даю вывод с 
параметрами которые работают от рута.

тут ключевым моментом стало уже:

и ни гу-гу.
Может знаете кого и где лечить?

P.S. Документация на "сане" утверждала, что то значение для 
порта которое Вас так удивило, соответствует lp0.
