Для floppy:
/dev/fd0	/mnt/floppy	supermount	fs=vfat,dev=/dev/fd0,user	0	0
(nosuid,nodev полностью покрываются user; можете еще добавить noauto)

А вот для /dev/hda2 (который у Вас /mnt/windows) никакой supermount не
нужен.
