[Comm-en] Distribution Release: ALT Server 11.1

Hello!

11.1 minor release of ALT Server operating system is available.

The build is available for x86_64 and AArch64, based on the 6.12 (LTS) 
kernel.

New Features 11.1

* Edition selection moved to the installer interface — a single ISO can 
now deploy different configurations. Package lists are generated 
dynamically based on the selected edition — ALT Server and ALT Domain.
* For debugging and compatibility purposes, two new boot menu entries 
added to the installer: Safe Mode and Change serial console.
* The following GUI tools are now available from the system menu: ALT 
Components, ALT Packages, ALT Services and ALT System Information.
* ALT Components and ALT Packages implement protection mechanisms that 
prevent accidental removal of critical system packages (Menu → Tools → 
System).
These are new mechanisms in Alterator:
- Edition protection.
- Manual installation protection.
It is recommended to keep these settings at their defaults, but the 
protection can be disabled via the application interface if needed.
* The new ALT Services application allows system administrators to 
quickly deploy standard configurations using a GUI, without diving into 
configuration files. The current version provides:
- Samba AD: deploy and manage a domain controller.
- Chrony: configure an NTP server.
The framework is designed to be extensible, allowing administrators and 
developers to add new services.
* Local user password management on directory service members 
implemented — LAPSv2 schema for Samba DC.
