[Comm-en] ALT Education 11.2 Beta 1

The first beta build of ALT Education 11.2 (Beta1) has been built.

Highlights:

  - UAV support added to the installer and ALT Components:
    QGroundControl and INAV Configurator.
  - Arduino 1.x has been replaced with Arduino IDE 2.x.
  - Added stplr - a third-party software install manager (an eepm
    analogue).
  - CryptoPro CSP replaced with Surguch (surguch).
  - KDE Plasma desktop 6.5.5 → 6.6.5, KDE applications 25.12.2 → 26.04.1.
  - Improved sleep and hibernation on NVIDIA (nvidia-suspend/hibernate/
    resume services enabled by default); driver 580.126.09 → 595.71.05.
  - Many updates to educational software, graphics (GIMP, Blender),
    Thunderbird and system components with security fixes.
