[Comm-en] Distribution Release: ALT Virtualization 10.2

Greetings!

We are glad to present the update of the ALT Virtualization 10.2 OS, the 
next release on the platform 10 (p10 Aronia branch). The assembly is 
prepared for x86_64 and AArch64.
