[Comm-en] Autumn Starter Kits p10 (202309)

Good afternoon,

The tenth release of Starter Kits based on p10 branch for i586, x86_64, 
aarch64
architectures is ready. Most Starter Kits are live builds. If necessary 
the system can be
install from these live. Builds based on a stable repository intended
for experienced users.

The next scheduled update is until December 12, 2023.

Changes:

- Kernel 6.1.51 (un-def) in assemblies for x86_64 and aarch64, except 
xfce-sysv.
- Now the bootloader grub-pc (GRand Unified Bootloader) is used for iso 
images
to initialize the kernel and run the operating system. Isolinux is still 
used for
the xfce-sysv and the gnustep-sysv images.
- firmware-linux 20230607
- Mesa 23.1.5
- Firefox ESR 102.12.0
- cinnamon 5.6.8
- kde5: 5.108.0 / 5.27.7 / 23.04.3
- server: drop php8.0
- u-boot 2023.07
- jeos-systemd for x86_64: both Legacy and UEFI boot modes.
- alt-p10-gnome (alt-p10-gnome3): the size has been reduced to 1.5 GB.
- UEFI Shell and Memtest86+ for UEFI (requires disabling Secure Boot) added
to x86_64 iso images.
- Plymouth graphical loading screen enabled for aarch64.
- xfce-sysv: xinput, trafshow, 7-zip packages added.
