[Comm-en] GTK* apps slowness (rendering hidden windows/icons in windows)

Cpu: Laptop: Intel Pentium M 1.2GHz, Desktops q7400 and intel pIV @ 3GHz.
Memory: 1GB, 4GB and 2GB
On the laptop - videocard i910, on the desktops nvidia 9500 and 6500,
kernel 2.6.32.
Tried 2.6.30, 2.6.29, 2.6.27. The same on all.

If I run krusader which is qt, rendering is ok (window contents appears
instantly), if I run geany, synaptic and others, content if the windows
(icons, text, bars etc) appears slowly, after 1-2 seconds. If I have a
lot of tabs in geany or bluefish.. it's very slow.
