[Comm-en] GTK* apps slowness (rendering hidden windows/icons in windows)

Hello,

It happens to all GTK apps, on 3 workstations till now.
All of them run altlinux sisyphus (updated daily), 2 of them run kde,
and the laptop runs xfce.
It's sad and annoying...
