[Comm-en] Internationalization and localization of ALT Linux

Hi guys,

For ALT Linux 5.0, we can try to gather as much of new languages and new
communities for ALT Linux. This process in fact already started with the
internationalization of Sisyphus.

We have Today:
* English
* Russian
* Belarussian
* Ukrainian
* Spanish


Suggestions of Plan, etc.. ??
