Хотелось бы прокомментировать словами одного из столкнувшихся с этим  
(после поисков решения в Сети), ему в духе новых отношений к пользователям  
ответили, что to fix this you need to install on a system with a CPU that  
has PAE:

"So you not supporting CPU without PAE anymore ?!??!? Please, are you  
serious ?? There are so many CPU?s out there that DONT have PAE. I hade  
here 3 Systems with NO PAE support so i can kick the system out of the  
windows now ? Is there not a way to disable PAE in the kernel ?"
