</span>А с чего он должен там быть? Такого пакета в репозиториях нет.<br>
Это - проприетарное программное обеспечение, которое не является<br>
критически важным для дистрибутива. Его нет в репозиториях.<br>

Вы откуда rpm взяли, у производителя? Вот там и спрашивайте,<br>
почему rpm для ALT Linux они не сделали.<br>
