Или его не пущают.

В связи с тем что необходимые *.jar файлы существуют и создание
каталога с нужными файлами не приводит к решению проблемы, значит "не
пущают" . Где копать?<br>

В общем проблема решена. Удалил к чертям явовские приблуды ( рпм) и
скачал необходимые архивы.... Пересобрал OX.... все гуд...<br>
