    О, спасибо! Теперь намного понятнее стало. Действительно "казусы

    перевода". Вот этот абзац пояснений чётко разделяет наше российское

    "правообладатель" (в кавычках) и авторство, которое сохраняется за

    автором. То есть, речь не о передаче авторства, а о передаче права

    собственности. Тогда всё ОК, важная поправка.<br>
