<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">После устаноdки система имеет локаль "по умолчанию" английскую. И первый пользователь тоже. Соответственно в домашнем каталоге у него каталоги Desktop,Documents ит.п.</p>
<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Поменял локаль в /etc/sysconfig/i8n на ru_RU.UTF8.</p>

<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">У него в домашнем каталоге появились соответственно "Рабочий стол" Документы и проч.</p>
<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Если виджет "просмотр файлов" нацелить на домашнюю директорию, то показываются все директории, но перейти в директорию с русскоязычным названием нельзя.</p>
