[Comm] spamassasin troubles

Теперь такая бяка:
# service spamd restart
Service spamd is not running.                                                                                                        
[PASSED]
Starting spamd service: trying to connect to syslog/unix...
no error connecting to syslog/unix
logging enabled:
        facility: mail
        socket:   unix
        output:   syslog
Could not create INET socket: Address already in use IO::Socket::INET: Address 
already in use

Вероятно потому что в момент попытки записи /var/run/spamd.pid он уже работает 
от пользователя spamd.
